The latest in internet technology at affordable cost !
Internet based technology is advancing at an unprecidented pace. Most applications previously only available for installation are now readily Taking advantage of this development we have been able to create a number of tools which only a few years ago were simply not affordable to be programmed in the care sector.
We can now provide a complete computing patform, including eMail, wordprocessing, spreadsheet generation and can help to
-
properly plan plan even the most complex care program,
-
assist in matching up Care Recipients with appropriately qualified Support Workers,
-
efficiently record shift times (NO MORE DREADED MANUAL TIME SHEETS),
-
maintain a roster that can be securely shared with all parties involved in the care program and
-
end up with meaningful reports that allow us to keep in financial control of the program.
Because all our Web2Care community members are using the same administration platform, it is much easier to help and train each other and an effective Peer Support approach is now within our reach.
All Web2Care Tools are intended to be made available at most affordable rates and Free to all Victorian Care Recipients. Developing convenient on-line shopping opportunities will help us generate sales commission income to pay for maintaining our services.
Planning the Care Program
Planning your Care Program with the help of people "who have been there and done it" is of great importance and can save a lot of frustration at a later date. Now that DHS is supporting the training of Peer Support groups in the various regions, this help is available to you.
Web2Care supports you by providing a central storage place for all available planning tools and documents and shows samples of well planned Care Programs.
From July 2015, the NDIS will introduce a layer of Local Area Coordination. These are people who will advise package holders on how to get supports in different localities – there will be 7,000 of these by 2018. NDIS will exclude specialist disability providers from being Local Area Coordinators, and give the role instead to generic human services providers (Mission Australia, Anglicare, etc)
Finding the right Match
We have completed a single "Visual Data Base" where Care Recipients and Support Workers can register free of charge. The Data Base allows us to match Profiles of "Qualified Complex/High Needs Care Wanted" to "Complex Care Experience Available" in a very user friendly way on Google Maps.
The search result displays a link to the Care Recipient's and Support Worker's own single page website which links to the relevant "Needs & Experience Profiles" and to respective Rosters showing "Vacant Shifts" and "Support Worker Availability".
Improving the process to match the Experience Profile of the Support Worker with the Needs Profile of the Care Recipient is one of the major objectives of the Web2Care Project.
Recording Shifts in the Roster
Keeping Records on Finances
Rostering of Support Workers and administering the Payroll Process should be simple. If you take up the choice of directly employing your Support Worker, you have to be able to produce a Payslip and keep accurate records of transactions. We have completed:
A simple to use but powerful Rostering Tool that offers
- an effective time tracking option and
- produces Payslips and Invoices and
thus assists in managing a complex Personal Care Program with ease.
We believe that coping with all general challenges of a Complex Care Program is hard enough.
That's why financial record keeping should be easy, fast, perhaps even fun, yet detailed enough to satisfy any accountant, care provider, host or funding body.
By being able to generate quick overview reports - without having to wait for often delayed invoices from Care Providers -, you know immediately where you stand.
By having accurate and detailed monthly, quarterly and annual summary reports at your fingertips, you can really financially control your program and compare the actual results with the care program budget.
